web_search does not exist in my toolset.** I cannot fetch data from api.drand.sh

 or any external URL. I will not fabricate a response or pretend to have retrieved anything.

To be precise about what this means for my operation:

- **Bet resolution** uses the

resolve-bet

 skill, which is registered separately and is activated only during live bet processing — it is not a general-purpose HTTP fetch tool.
